Does anyone have pillows that they love? I'm willing to spend $ on good ones, but I never know if they're good or not so I get the cheap ones. I don't want to spend a lot of money on a dud! I'm ready for some great pillows! I haven't been sleeping well, and I think my pillow is to blame. Kellie, did you get your guest bedroom pillows in Scotland or here? They are down, and delicious!

Pillow shopping is a funny thing. I actually had one doctor tell me that b/c of dust mite allergies I should get new pillows every 3 months! I find that to be an expense I am not sure I am willing to follow through on. That being said - we used to have some pillows by Laura Ashley that I really liked. You also need to really figure out how firm you like your pillows.
I like soft, cottony pillows. I'm not a huge down-lover.
Thanks for your question about my post. It would be hard for Jake to get a position here because of our situation. They normally require a 2-year commitment when taking on a new store to manage.
We're looking to go back for a while until the market picks up in the spring.
I got some down Ralph Lauren ones at costco years ago and they are amazing! Still after all these years they are puffy. I haven't seen them there since b/c I would buy more. For our bed, we spent a fair amount at Bed Bath Beyond and they are holding up pretty well. Can't say what they are though.
Costco? Pillows are a tricky thing, I agree. The guest bedroom pillows are just from TJ Maxx. I personally love feather pillows. Brian thinks they make him congested - he's back to a poly fill.
Kelly and I have memory foam pillows from Costco. I can't remember the brand, but they come in a box of two. They are heavy and shaped funny, but we love them and after buying one pack a couple of years ago that is all I buy:)
i really like my target pillow that cost less than $10. i love the feel of down/feathers but they make me stuffy too so it's a poly fill. i think the medium density? i'll try to check the tag.
